We accept all kind of debit cards including credit cards.

Please turn up 15 minutes before your booking. If you are too late, you simply have less time for the game because the next group should start on time.

Should you break anything in the room or damage the room then you will be fined.

No photos or video may be taken within the rooms so the rooms remain secret for future players. We welcome you to use your phone or camera in the reception area.

Children above 12 are ok to play with their parents. If you come alone, we expect you to be 16+.

Everyone is involved in the game at his/her own risk.

Reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Within 48 hours of the booking
Cancellations or rescheduling are not possible. This also applies in cases of:
illness (including sudden illness)
bad weather conditions
public transport delays or cancellations
personal or group-related circumstances
The reason for this policy is that your time slot is reserved exclusively for your group and cannot be rebooked on short notice.
Exceptions
Exceptions are only made in cases of force majeure, such as official government measures or unforeseen circumstances on our side. Any exception is assessed solely at our discretion.

Participation in the game is strictly prohibited while under the influence of alcohol or any other mind-altering substances. If a player or group arrives under the influence, access to the game will be denied. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided in such cases. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
